It's Not Even In Sync, Hollywood!!

Don't you hate it when the dialogue isn't in sync with...the jawline? This typically happens in scenes when someone is talking with their back to the camera, when the audience is meant to focus on the reaction of another character. Cept, for me, I almost always notice in those scenes the dialogue isn't lining up with the movement of the jaw. Am I the only one that notices this stuff? it seems to happen in almost every movie!
