Private Property (1960) Warren Oates

Long reported as lost, Leslie Stevens' 1960 film starred Kate Manx, Corey Allen and the man whose filmography the discovery and release of this would complete finally for me, Warren Oates. Thanks to member jobla for mentioning a UCLA restoration and screening elsewhere on here; had no idea that it was done and screened last week during their festival. Said to be a striking noir/roughie hybrid, this would make this Oates completist's year (and quite a few others I would imagine.)
