Blu-ray King

I have noticed a worrying trend lately. Not only are Digital HD movies getting a early release but now, extras are being held back from our beloved Bluray. Take Rob Zombie's 31. A two hour documentary on the disc becomes a 4 hour doc on Digital. This is just be the start. If the industry is not careful it's going to lose collectors for good.
As a side note, this is even worse for folk in the U.K who love extras as we don't have a UV storefront for the big screen, even if we WANTED yo eventually switch (which I most certainly don't) Sad, sad times. As usual the collectors are treat with disregard IMO. |
