Best TV shows on blu-ray! - Blu-ray Forum

Hi everyone
i have always only ever gotten movies on blu-ray. But i kept hearing great things about a show called (Justified). So i gave it a shot and picked up season one for 28$ at futureshop and i'm glad i did. it hooked me in and then i picked up season 2. I started to noticed that u get way more value for buying tv shows on blu-ray. and Future shop had tones for 19$ a season and usually u would get 550mins to over 1000 mins...you can't go wrong with that...So Far i have gotten season 1 and 2 of Justified. 1 and 2 of Supernatural. 1 and 2 of Chuck. and season 1 of Fringe... im starting to really like Chuck. All of the shows are really good. So what i was wondering was what people think of all those shows. all the seasons each show has and are they worth buying more.. And also if there is any other shows i should be looking into? Thanks alot for anyone that responds to this thread......

Game of Thrones 2 are must owns on Blu ray.

Sons of Anarchy 2 3 and 4

Homeland

Game of Thrones, Sons of Anarchy and Homeland are three of my favorite TV shows of all time.

I would recommend Mad Men and Boardwalk Empire on Blu-ray. They are both well made TV Shows and are very enjoyable.

yeah i had Homeland in my hand 34$ though and only 560 mins i think...i wanted it because it sounded really good..but didn't like the 34$ want it to drop under 30....and i want Justified season 3 really bad but its freaking 49$ ...too much.

i was told Sons of anarchy isn't that good of a show...!! I really like Ron Perlman i almost picked it up season 1 was on sale for 24$ not a bad price...but the seasons after one are alot of money..and Game of thrones is really pricey too..it looks good..

Someone lied to you, it's one of the best on cable, top 10 easily

They lied. Son's of Anarchy has gone from being decent to being unmissable. Other TV on blu would be Dexter S1-4, The Walking Dead and Battlestar Galactica.

Once I upgrade my theater system I'm going to do a Lost marathon. Some Lost episodes were like the best episodes of TV ever made. "Through the Looking Glass" and "The Constant", nuff said.

Game of Thrones looks the best on blu-ray and it's not even a contest.

Deadwood probably the most underrated/underappreciated show on blu-ray.

Twin Peaks is great, but only two seasons.

True Detective is about as good as it gets for a one-off season.

...my body is ready for The Wire blu-ray this summer.
