I voted for $30. I have been hating on the movie since its inception because I think it looks and sounds awful, but I honestly think it won't make a lot of money. Not just because I want it to fail and have the rights revert back to Marvel (I couldn't honestly care less if they do. Personally I think they should stay separate for a long time), but because there is no hype and embargoes on reviews will hurt it I think. Everyone who wants to see it will see it opening weekend and then it will die a quick death.

This thread is going to be a cess pit come next week. With all the fanboys deciding Shaun the Sheep is going to be bad and everything,

The rights should have reverted back to Marvel. They would have made a much better movie. They understand Shaun and the other sheep better.

I am far more excited to see Ricki & The Flash and The Gift than I am F4, but will be seeing all 3.

FANTASTIC FOUR - 54.33 MILLION
RICKI & THE FLASH - 10.96 MILLION
THE GIFT - 8.14 MILLION
SHAUN THE SHEEP - 6.98 MILLION
(3-Day)/9.18 MILLION (5-Day)

So excited for The Gift. I hope it doesn't do even worse than I'm predicting. That's definitely a possibility. Hopefully strong reviews will bring people out.

$40M sounds reasonable. Might hit 50 but I doubt it.

I like Diablo Cody so I'll see Ricki, but it has one of the worst trailers I have ever seen.

Feels about 9 minutes long.

I think FF is going to do like $25. Coming out at a bad time and it is chasing the same audience as M:I which has great word of mouth. Not really any big box office stars for the demo. Plus the reviews and everything.

Yes you guys are going right. I hope Shaun the Sheep makes more then this F4. Because at least Shaun will be entertaining and school is about to start so parents will want to take their kids to it.

Here I fixed that for you. The movie could be terrible and people will see it because someone on Twitter or FB says it is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I mean look at Chainsaw. Terrible movie, just terrible.

I'm guessing around $50 M stateside though. I'm not giving Fox anymore of my money to support this though.

I can't believe it's a Jonathan Demme movie. Like, I want to cry for the state of the world.

I'm taking my son to Shaun the Sheep. I won't subject him to Fantastic Four
