Has anyone bought this Blu-Ray and encountered problems playing the movie? My player will always stop playback around three minutes before the end of the movie. The disc looks fine, I cleaned it though but the problems remain. I'm starting to wonder if this disc has production problems.

Sorry to hear of your troubles with the disc.

I've just watched this last week and didn't experience any problems.

I have bought a second copy of the disc, the first one was from YesAsia, this one from JSDVD. The second disc has the same playback issue as the first one, and the problems appear in all my players.
There definitely must be some production issue with these discs. Even if some discs may not be affected, a significant part of them seems to be.
I would strongly advice against buying this release.

What players are you using and what region are you in? Not that it means anything. Just curious. I see a lot more playback issues with Playstations these days.

I'm in region B.
I've tried these disks in three different players:
- a Panasonic DMP-BDT270 player which is region unlocked
- the LG BH10LS30 drive in my PC (using Leawo for playback)
- a PS3

They all have the same playback issues with both disks. I'm certain it's not a player related issue. I own about 350 asian movies and on occasion one of the drives will have a problem with a disk, or one disk may not be working at all, but I've never had a problem with two different disks of the same movie on all three players.

I have the Panasonic DMP-BDT270, which is Region B, but you're saying it's Region Free? So, it will play Region A Blu-ray dics?! Great news if true!
