Default Windows 10 and Netflix issues

My Netflix streaming device is my PC which I recently installed Windows 10 on. Ever since installing Windows 10 on my PC, the Netflix app is having issues. First issue is the video freezes up but the audio continues on for about a minute then unfreezes and fast forwards the video about a minute ahead and then everything is normal. Also at the end of the TV show when the credits begin the video will freeze up but the audio will continue on and I have to exit full screen to be able to exit the TV show, it's done it twice so far at the ending credits. Also the Netflix app won't start up in full screen mode and I have to click on the full screen button every time I enter the app. I never experienced these issues with the Netflix app in Windows 8.1. I have not tested for video freezing using browsers because using browsers won't get my HD in every HD Netflix movie and I need to run the Netflix app I downloaded from the Microsoft Store to get HD in every HD movie in Netflix in my PC.

The video freezing with the audio running is usually a PC trying to perform a task without enough GPU or CPU power, it can play the audio because it uses less system requirements but the HD video is too much. It's always trying to catch-up. If I remember your PC is plenty powerful to achieve both tasks, so I have to assume that there's an issue with the graphics driver and the operating system. It's worth going on-line to see if there's been an update and uninstalling and re-installing your current driver.

But it's also worth considering, if your previous OS had no issues it might be worth rolling-back for the time being and waiting a few months for more updates.
