Doctor Thorne Region Free?

Does anyone know if the Doctor Thorne German BD is region free? It appears to be Universal which I think I read is usually region free and I don't see a B logo on the back. Thanks

I´m probably not helping much but this is actually a CAPELIGHT release licensed from Universal and the backcover actually states REGION B (see photo)

could be Region free anyway tho..

PS: the usually pretty reliable bluray-disc.de database states Region B as well...

Thanks. I was looking for the B logo not text. I've never actually seen it presented that way before
