Does anyone ever have problems with HBO go? A lot of what I watch on my Roku has really jerky playback. It can change from shot to shot, oddly, and I can't figure out why it happens. It's not on pans but it could be a static shot.
I can upload a clip if that would help. |

I think that's different from what I'm experiencing. It's very similar to the effect one experiences from a telecine judder. All other channels are fine. It's just HBO Go.

I had a weird experience with HBO Go today. While I was watching a movie on their service via Apple TV, my Apple TV suddenly disconnected and said "no signal." I wait and then it reconnects and says I have to reactivate my HBO Go so I do that and it is successful except when I go to try to watch the movie again, it tells me to activate my HBO Go again which I do again and then it just goes in circles saying I need to activate it just after it tells me the activation was successful.
No idea why this is happening but it is strange. I can not watch anything on HBO Go because it keeps telling me to activate and goes in cicrles. However I am able to browse the selection and all and it says I am signed in but for whatever reason it goes in circles telling me to activate thus preventing me from actually watching anything. Very annoying and frustrating. |
