I want this, though I really hope that "People pick" is not on the final cover art.

Meanwhile, WM lists an exclusive: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Whiskey-Ta...usive/50179316 does anyone have any idea as to what makes it exclusive? I don't think it's the cover art (though maybe), as they've had that up for awhile.

Well, I *think* they've been labeling a lot of BDs exclusives just for coming with a vudu digital copy. I think they did this recently with 10 Cloverfield lane too. Unless we hear otherwise, I might swing by Wal-Mart to double check tomorrow morning.

To quote myself, lol, I swung by Wal-Mart and this is indeed the case - their "exclusive" is it coming with instawatch/vudu. Nothing else.

I'm 100% sure they took the slips off because the ones at my BB was promoting Vudu lol.

Also at WM no sign of an exclusive. If there was, I didn't see it and doubt it would be anything different then maybe besides giving you IW.

I have noticed that this happens with Paramount-distributed titles at Best Buy on a seemingly random basis. The first season of CBS' Scorpion has never had its slipcover, while I noticed that The Big Short had very few copies with its slipcover on release date (yet all had a sticker, like Whiskey Tango Foxtrot). Ironically, when Best Buy gets an exclusive with a Blu-ray bonus disc, Paramount prints unique back covers for the jacket and slipcover (mentioning the bonus disc and its content), the latter of which is generally always available as long as copies of the exclusive edition are available.

This movie was surprisingly excellent. A good movie to double feature with Three Kings.
