REM was relevant when digitization of film was involved. Now all use the same digital masters. Moreover, they have been using BD25s for the recent movies and their releases usually come out much later.

Is this a fact?

REM using BD25 in all their latest releases?

They may have experimented with few lesser know hindi films

Plus, how is their sound considerably better seperated with lesser echo when they are two DTS HD MA tracks in Hindi and German in BD25?

They maybe using same DI but their encoding is noticeably better in PQ and AQ compared to Indian dvds. Basic things like color, contrast, artifacts are well controlled.

Now Imagine watching these on OLED HDR upconverted to fake 4K!

You'll see more and more differences.
