Skype Member Icon Not Visible - Blu-ray Forum

Some members have the 'send Skype message to member' icon on their profile, but all I see is a broken link. Am I missing a plug-in? Am I using an unsupported browser (Chrome)?

I'm using Firefox and I noticed that same thing earlier today:
