It’s fairly obscure but I had thought I’d heard something about it getting a Blu-ray release at some point though I have no idea what the title of the movie was. I do know that the killer had a greenish pale face and wore a black hooded cape of some sort. I think it would be considered a slasher but was far more atmospheric and not that gory, anyone have any ideas?
