I thought the point of the first movie was that you could make a surprise hit with no-name actors that can dance their butts off. Replacing them with star names for whom the choreography has to be toned down looks like a dumb move to me. How well did this sequel do, anyway?

Hi All

When adding to the bluray.com database please make sure you choose the correct studio for the Bluray release.

ABCD2 is listed as RHV which is an american company. Big Home Video which later became Reliance Home Video is available on the drop down list, so please use Big Home Video.

Thanks.

wow!

Shemaroo going after 96K UPSAMPLING and DOLBY ATMOS (Mary Kom) bothj

now

Reliance going after DOLBY ATMOS. All this is good news!

Now I have hope atleast one major company out of Shemaroo, Reliance, YRF and T-series will go after Ultra HD 4k Blu Ray once Hollywood introduces it this fall.

No point in them going to 4K so soon. Hardly any Indian films have been finished in 4K.

I liked this one, even with the nationalistic stuff (which it seems can't be avoided these days)

I like some parts of the Bezubaan song, but the rapping makes me want to shove broken bottles in my ear

Default Wished it was 3d

I wish rather than dolby atmos, disney released a 3d blu ray, the first hindi blu ray 3d movie would that be a statement, the hip hop dance sequences would look spectacular in 3d as i watched it in the theatre. The dvd is already out in the states, but i want to wait for the blu ray, i am glad it is going to come out soon, hopefully in the next two weeks.

Is the contrast a little off, black crush?
Did the original sleeper hit merit a blu-ray release or is that only for the star-stuffed sequel?

Yes, it seems so.
No, just a DVD. Available in HD on iTunes though.

It was no great shakes. The very ordinary music didn't help matters either.

PS: Can someone enlighten me as to why in the world would these morons make the Blu-ray default to the Dolby Digital track instead of the Dolby Atmos track? I won't even get into the stupidity of having a Dolby Digital track to begin with.
