I watched this not long ago too, didn't mind it, but I dont think there's a lot to it, not a lot happens really.

Everyone is wondering if it will be better than the US version, which is supposed to be horrendous.

Looking forward to seeing how this goes. I believe the US is *just* the extended version.

Just got Director's Cut from Germany. Why isn't it released in the UK? Good quality and a very different, much better movie, than the one the Weinsteins shredded when it first came out. Of course the negative was cut so a lot of the previously unseen material is not as good as the HD material, but it does point up how stupid so many of the cuts were.

Thanks for the heads up on the director's cut. I agree it is much better the the studio cut.
