I'd get Call of Duty 4. I'm still playing it. I'm not bad at gaming, I just don't play it all that much, but still, to me, it's a long game. I don't know why everyone says it's not.

The single player campaign is rather short, even playing on veteran.
But it's still worth it for its multiplayer, where the real fun's at.

I just finished turning "Uncharted" into "Charted"

Unreal Tournament III is going to be a game that will continue to kick ass (multiplayer) for many years to come.

Assassin's Creed has been confirmed for me as a Christmas gift... so that's my next big adventure.

In the meantime. I'll take another run through "Uncharted" to see if I can find the 21 treasure pieces that I missed the first time through. AMAZING GAME by the way. The only downside is that it is a very linear game. Otherwise, some of the best writing/visuals/gameplay I have EVER seen!!!

It is a crime to have PS3 and not own UNCHARTED, same as not buying BLU titles to play on PS3.

Out of curiosity, I wonder if anybody can make a list of straight run-through of how long a game's campaign is. It seems to me COD4 compared to R6V and GRAW2 is long.

I think Assassins creed was robbed in reviews. It is a long and fun game to play. Just my opinion.

I'm REALLY burned out on the came....I'm just at the end..and I can't bring myself to sit down with it for more than 20 minutes at a time....I'm in Acre for the 127th time (ok not really) and am sick of seeing the same 3 cities over and over again....

If you're interested in Assassin's Creed....Just keep this in mind...my opinion based on some mistakes I made while playing..

--Don't go nuts trying to get every flippin' flag in the game...you'll go nuts and wear yourself out...I probably could have beaten the game by now if I wasn't floating around the rooftops and alleys looking for flags...You get nothing for collecting the flags except the satisfaction to say that you have....and those that do online I Suspect most are lying...

---Save Citizens as needed.....You dont HAVE to...but like the flags you get nothing for it except running or hacking into some guards...

---Not all lookout points need to be scaled....especially in the kingdom villages where they do NOTHING for you...

---Not all Objectives need to be completed....(Side missions...etc) You just need 3 to access "Assassin's Memory".

If you want to spend countless hours on the game then go for everything...Unfortunately, I focused on Scaling every Tower....Saving every citizen....doing every informant side mission....and attempting to find every flag all over the city...

You can EASILY put 20-40 hours into the game with no problem if you're trying to be a completist....If I knew then what I knew now....Half the Citizens would still be suffering, the informants could still be looking for help...and people's pockets would be fuller, because now, I just want to get through it...It's really not even fun anymore (like watching the same movie over and over again).

I'm trying something new now....I'm actually in the middle of playing about 6-7 games at the same time hoping the tradeoff will keep me from getting burned out on long and repetitive games.....unfortunately Oblivion is one of those games and that never has an end in sight....

As far as Technical ISsues...another patch was released not long ago...which fixed the freezing issue....people complain about the framerate...but while it's noticeable it doesn't interrupt the game.

People make issues out to be far worse than they really are...especially when people are camping with 1 particular unit over another.

I'm on my second run through Uncharted. That's a really great game. I'll probably pick up either AC or UT3 next.

kill all templers and get all the flags. if you've done all that, play some XBOX360, PSP or DS games.

I finished Assassin's Creed in a week. I was hooked, played it all night long till I finished it. I haven't touched it since. Once it's over, there's nothing else to do but collect stupid flags. Although the game is impressive in gameplay and graphics, it IS too repetitive and there's not much to do.

On the other hand I play Rainbow Six: Vegas EVERY DAY. Haven't even started playing the story mode since I bought it more than a month ago. I'm just HOOKED on Co-Op Terrorist Hunt. I have many cousins, some not even gamers, and they all come to play. Every day.

Had this game since day one and I managed to kill 3 bosses. I just can't get into AC. Not a very fun game for me, everything i do see so "routine".

Is the are a reason why I have to ride a horse for 5 minutes to get to different towns? I find this part very irrating.

I'm very glad that I made this one a rental. I had so much hope watching the videos but the gameplay really let me down. Running across the tops of buildings was fun...if only I had more to do than collect flags.

you shouldn't have to anymore. after the first assassination in each city you can just fast travel.

AC is overated. It is NOT a 10/10 game as it is not perfect.

Well you shouldn't play it all in one sitting. Do 2-3 hour stints a day so you don't get tired of it.

Alot of people are giving it thumbs down because they don't understand that the game was meant to be played and explored, not simply finished.

this game is god damn terrible and frustrating. stupid Altair climbs on evrything making himself get killed when running then he wont lock on and do counters when fighting. I can barley force myself to play it. I'm at the end but i just can't do it. and this is coming from the guy who three assassinations thought it had a chance to be game of the year.
