Default TargetTicket? How do I redeem Super 8 MetalPak ultraviolet?

I'm so confused. I bought the Super 8 MetalPak at Target this weekend, and I just opened it up so I could redeem the UV code that the sticker on the package says it comes with. Now, I'm a little mystified because it says "TargetTicket" on the sticker, which I'm not familiar with and have never redeem before, but it also says UltraViolet so I just assumed this would be simple, but it is clearly NOT simple at all.

First of all, the little slip of paper with the UV code on it, that I'm used to seeing in any movies I buy that advertise a UV code... this doesn't have one in the box, at all. So I looked at that little sticker again and it says to go to targetticket.com to redeem it. I don't know... I can't find a code anywhere in the box, on the sticker, or on my receipt. I go to the website and it says it's been discontinued, even though the expiration date on the sticker says it'll be redeemable at least up til January 18, 2017. So they still need to honor it, whether they discontinued the service or not! But I can't find a way to even sign up for TargetTicket.com since it's been discontinued.

I just have no clue what I'm supposed to be doing in order to redeem this...

Try following up with Cinemanow. They acquired the content tranfers from Target Ticket.

Do you happen to know anything about the UV code that I seem to either be missing or not noticing? How is that supposed to work in the first place? Like I said, the UV slip that is always in movies I buy that advertise ultraviolet, it wasn't in my box? I can't find a code anywhere. Traditionally with these TargetTicket.com redemptions, is it like using your receipt to redeem it? Or was it supposed to have one of those UV slips after all and for some reason mine is just missing? (It didn't look like a return and reseal, by the way... it had a legit looking shrinkwrap with the original TargetTicket.com sticker affixed on it, etc, so I don't know what the deal is).

OH!! Now I'm feeling stupid. I don't normaly remove the J-cards from my steelboks... I went and took another look at the steelbook to see if I was just not seeing the UV code somewhere, and sure enough if I peel up and look on the other side of the J-Card, that's where the code is.

Try using it here,

If it does not work then contact support and explain the situation. They should help you out. TargetTicket was an old UV service that went defunct CinemaNow bought out their users and their titles essentially.

If you already have a Vudu or Flixster account it may work there.

It should redeem at any UV retailer. Target used to like to point folks towards their own UV service (when it existed) just like WalMart sometimes has stickers promoting Vudu.

I'm pretty sure my copy of Silver Linings Playbook purchased a few months ago had the same Target Ticket sticker, but it redeemed just fine on VUDU. As long as it's a UV code, it should redeem on any service you can connect your UV account to.
