This "may" have been asked but anyone find it odd this movie never got a US blu ray release...?

Yep. I'm hoping it will be announced soon since this year is the 20th anniversary. Maybe we'll see an announcement at Comic-Con this month. Until then, I have my German Blu-ray to hold me over.

Waited years and years for Supergirl, which is now only 2 weeks away, so now I have a bit more hope for this title,

I also have the German Blu-ray to tide me over but I don't expect to hear about any other release in the foreseeable future; DreamWorks are sitting on plenty of titles that deserve a release and continue to sit on them.

I bough the german version.
When I do such thing then usually a superior version is released somewhere else in the world

So who knows.

Is there any region free copy of this film available? Any Region A compatible version?
