Is it true that they used a slightly better HD master not tampered with excessive post-production and DNR like the American one?

The German suffers from edge enhancement but on the whole I'd say the German is the lesser of two evils.

They both derive from the same old, jittery, edge-enhanced HD transfer. One got a working over from the DNR Police, the other did not, but neither is particularly pleasing on the eye. The German is the least bad edition of the two.

It definitely needs a new scan. Not sure if we'll get one anytime soon...
