I've heard great things about this movie and missed it theatrically. Anyway, I'm curious that the film is being released on UHD format but AFAIK, the film was made digitally and at 2k according to IMDB. Perhaps it'll benefit from the HDR enhancement.

Paying ￥ 14,040 for the 4K edition is a bit too much for my wallet. I think I may just get the 1-disc edition or wait for the eventual HK release.

I haven't seen any anime movies before, but I have heard really great things about this anime movie, and I am interested in this and the A Silent Voice 聲の形 (2016) which I hear is even better.

Yikes. I think this is the most expensive blu-ray I've ever bought. I'm going to have to sell some stuff to pay for this...

No sign of any U.S. release, though, and since I don't care about the English dub this seems like a nice option :-)

As much as I would love to purchase that set, the price is just way too expensive for me. I will say that it definitely looks as much as it costs which cannot always be said for all expensive releases.

Yeah, it's gorgeous, but I can't justify paying that much for one film. Again though, beautiful, and I hope those who do pick it up enjoy it!

DVDCompare review of the Blu-rays only, but not for the 4K disc, for no UHD player.
