Default JJ Abrams Returns To Close Out The Trilogy He Started!!

J.J. Abrams, who helped reboot the franchise with “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” has landed the “Star Wars: Episode IX” directing job:

“With The Force Awakens, J.J. delivered everything we could have possibly hoped for, and I am so excited that he is coming back to close out this trilogy,”

How do you feel about this??

At this point, since JJ hasn't really had any real big misfires from anything he's touched, I figure it will serve best to have him finish things up.

Bleh. The Force Awakens was terrible, so now I expect this one to be no different.

Disney and J.J. Abrams? Well, that's pretty much a spot on combo on how to make something that's been uninteresting for decades even more uninteresting.

Yes!! To be honest, with how fantastic of a job he did with Force Awakens, I was actually quite surprised he was already locked up for the entire trilogy.

Will it be fun? Yes!

Will it be a good story? Who knows?

Will it be original? Hell no.

Will I shell out cash to be there opening day? YES!

TFA sucked. I love JJ but I hate him on Star Wars. In fact, I hate Star Wars.

I can't wait to see what kind of Death Star he cooks up to close out this trilogy.

He isn't interested, he used to be but now he says "it's George's baby" and all that. Probably doesn't want to do it now that his friend is out of the picture, it'd be too much like stepping on his toes I guess.

It'll be under construction like the second Death Star, but it'll be near a forest moon with teddy bears as the moon will be home to the shield generator needed to protect it from the Resistance.

They should go big and make it a whole solar system full of half-built Starkiller bases with Death Stars orbiting them as moons.

I don't hate it. It's entertaining. That's all that counts.

But this time, the teddy bears are all empowered females!
