It'd be super weird to have Get Out elsewhere in the world, but not the US. I hope they make an announcement for it soon!

Blame it on Blumhouse. I can't imagine Shamaylan or Peele wouldn't want their films released in 4K when they're both such huge cinephiles.

But I agree, importing both this and Split.

Will probably just rent or buy a cheap digital copy to check the movie out, cuz of all the hype. If I like it enough, I'll import the UHD when the price comes down.

There's still no pre-order link for this one, and the US release is coming out next week. I haven't seen this yet, and rather not be in the same boat I am with Split. Decisions, decisions.

Meh, decided to just buy the regular US blu-ray.

I can always sell it later and upgrade to the 4K release when it shows up in more UK online vendors. Just don't like the lack of information on this release (whereas Split was pretty much confirmed from the get-go).

Same. I ordered Split 4K because it was coming out only 3 weeks later and it still hasn't come in yet after getting delayed. Probably just going to save it in my Amazon UK cart whenever it gets listed and just pick it up along with something else down the line.
