While You Were Sleeping (1995) - Blu-ray Forum

Couldn't find any discussion at all on While You Were Sleeping, but I'm a bit baffled that it has never had a blu-ray release since it seems like one of Sandra Bullock's bigger romantic comedies. Any insight into why this is the case?

great flick, genuinely charming, and a must own on blu ray---

but another victim of the Touchstone/Hollywood Pictures/Disney fiasco of physical media releases....

Like a number of other Disney-controlled titles, it was released overseas, but not here:

For some reason, Australia got a lot of these titles. My Quiz Show BD is from Australia.

I admit that I check this original thread at least once a week to see if there is any news. Thankfully I got the Aus BD a couple years ago. One of my favorite movies.

Oh, I didn't find that thread when doing a search. At any rate, I just bought an Australian copy after verifying region-free.

I bought a copy of the Australian release a while ago. It definitely plays on US players.

Worth it to have it on disc for sure. Just crazy that it was never released here. Wonder if it will end up a DMC exclusive?

I think it for "Disney movie" only... not count with Hollywood Pictures and Touchstone. I still own this DVD and want release Blu-ray.
