Post 4k to HD and Pink screen

Hello everyone, I want to apologize if this has been mentioned before. But I didn't see anything about it posted, again I apologize. I have to questions for you all. Have any of you noticed that 4k movies are switching back to HD and or are you getting a pink screen when you turn on the [Match Dynamic Range] & [Match Frame Rate] feature? For some odd reason that keeps happening to me, I have an HDR/Dolby Vision enabled tv so I am not sure why that is happening. I took the Apple Tv to the apple store and they weren't able to help me all they told me was to reset the Apple tv. I called also regarding the movies switching to HD when they were originally 4k, they said if the movies are not purchased through iTunes the movies will not be 4k. I told them that my movies transferred when MA launched. Any advise? Thank you.
