Does anyone know anything about this film? The title and synopsis sounded really interesting...no reviews yet on this or any other site that I can really see though.

It looks like it might just be temporarily out of stock or in between pressings.

The Mondo Macabro bigcartel page(https://mondomacabro.bigcartel.com/product/the-slave) lists The Slave as:

Temporarily out of stock. More coming soon.

The diabolikdvd page lists "more coming soon" as well. The release is limited to 3,500 copies and I doubt it has sold that many copies already. MM is also pretty good about giving a heads up when titles are going OOP and there has been nothing said recently about this title going OOP.

You could also ask Jared in the Mondo Macabro thread and he can probably give you a straight answer with what's going on with the release.
