Eight sexy sorority sisters attempt to brave the night in an old abandoned haunted brothel as part of their initiation ceremony. Unbeknownst to them, their boyfriends have rigged the creepy manor to scare the living daylights out of the ladies! They shouldn’t have bothered since the old house seems to have an evil mind of its own and a much more sinister agenda! Add a real-life escaped psycho killer prowling the vicinity and our heroines now face a triple-threat obstacle course of practical jokes, homicidal rampage and the possessed house’s own vengeful spirits! Have seen the Blu-ray.com news article for this release of Blood Sisters. Depending on reviews (comments/observations about the transfer especially), I may get this release. Don't think I've read about this slasher before.

I've checked the usual places and nobody has it. Right Stuff Anime has it listed as a 1/5/2021 release date. IT wouldn't shock me if it got pushed back and they won't say anything about it.

Yeah, I've bought a few items before their street date from them. It shows in stock, which means it's in stock. I just bought Devilman a week or so from them and it came in fast.

I actually went ahead and purchased this and Devilman from their ebay right before I posted.

Got my copy from Bullmoose earlier, the back cover lists the Joe Bob commentary, Blood Sisters Reunion: Interview with Director Roberta Findlay and Actress Elizabeth Rose, and a trailer.

It also hilariously states "Sub-Track: NONE."

I am watching this right now and I have to say that it looks really good. There doesn't look like there has been any digital manipulation done to the picture with film grain being thin most of the time. The colors are impressive too. There is only one audio track (other than the audio commentary) and there are a few special features, including a Joe Bob Briggs commentary track and an interview with the director. I have to say that this is the best disc that Media Blasters has put out in some time. I know they don't release many discs these days, but this one is a real winner.
