Is someone using my PSN account?

Turned on System,

I see I’m no longer the primary user of my PS4.
Activating it, causes error code.

I then have to do all these steps,

Nobody physically has access to my PS4.

Is it your first PS4? If not, is it possible the other machine is still activated as your primary machine?

If not, maybe you have been hacked? It’s less likely but a possibility. If you have the PS4 app on your phone, can you access your details and check what it says about activation?

I made some account security changes.

Share Factory isn’t installed & I never use it. When I turned on my system, that’s the first tile on my PS4 with a download icon on the app tile. So I then checked to see if my console was Primary. It wasn’t & I couldn’t activate it. Did the steps I linked above & made some security changes. Hopefully that resolves this bug.

Be careful. A friend apparently had got hacked and they've got this problem where even wiping all systems online, changing password and then activating the consoles again seemed to still end up into the same position.

Personally i don't know if it is a screw up on the PSN by the Sony system or somehow somebody is doing this to you. I hope it's just a glitch tbh.
