Intense scenes/movies - Blu-ray Forum

I really don't find any of those intense with exception to no country for old men. Man there's a lot though however all are subjective.

Irreversible, rape scene... Maybe whole film

Kids, most of the film imo.

Bad Boys 2, freeway chase scene.

Matrix Revolutions, neo and smith finale fight.

BvS, Supes and batman fight.

Jaws, going after the shark.

Just some I've thought of. Not all are nasty or gruesome but are intense at least sound wise imo.

Harry Belafonte's scene in Black Klansman is one of the more intense scenes I've seen recently

I agree on that Bear scene in Annihilation. Holy shit that movie just reminded me of shit from the Dead Space games.

The sacrifice scene in Infinity War. I cried so much and I was like "no don't do it...he wouldn't do it!!...and them bam! he does it." :_(

One of my most favorite to watch is Dennis Hopper vs Christopher Walkin and his goons in True Romance... mirrored beautifully in the H8tful Eight..

The opening and closing battle scenes in Saving Private Ryan. Seeing that movie in the theater was like experiencing a completely new universe of film.
