For the whole month of November Unobstructed View are having a 40% off Criterion sale and a 50% off Arrow sale.

Is anything else on sale though? I’m not seeing a lot of prices reduced other than the Godzilla set (which I bought immediately)

The Criterion I want are either $30 or $50 — I’ll wait for the former to drop a bit more and ignore the latter, and the one Arrow I want is $22.49. I know that the Arrow transfer of Weird Science is supposed to be leaps and bounds ahead of the older transfer, but I just don’t know if I can justify spending that much. Is $22.49 a typical sale price for Arrow BDs, regardless of store?

$22.49 sounds like a great price for Arrow's Weird Science Blu-ray. I haven't seen it dip below $30 until now.

Looks like it was a price error then. It was definitely 40% off a few hours ago.

Wish I would have ordered now rather than hold off debating it.

Edit: The description in the first post says only titles released prior to September 1st were supposed to be on sale, so the Godzilla set being on sale was definitely a price error.

Kind of sucks that recent products aren't included. Everything I want came out this Fall. But at least they're trying to get Canadians to buy this product here instead of importing or crossing the border.

We shall watch their career with great interest.

I wonder how the prices will compare at the Sunrise companion sale. I'm interested in a couple Arrow titles but I would prefer to pick them up in store (especially the box sets).

American Horror Project Vol 2 is the main one I want. The George Romero set is a good deal as well but I'm not too sure about that one. I already own the BU release of The Crazies and it is a pretty good film but I prefer the remake and I have never heard of the other two films in the set.
