Is this the double sided, same as Target steel? I might go for this one instead, since it includes 4K.

I'm not sure, but I'd guess not. And I agree, the inclusion of 4K makes this the ideal combination. It is too bad the Target release didn't include 4K too.

I for one truly appreciate the fact they are offering 2 options, since I'm not set up for 4K and 4K editions inevitably cost more.

However, I don't see any mention of "English" with either option.

I'm almost certain this will be the same as the US discs. Almost.

Green Book has been the only one that was not the same, but even that contained English subs and audio and menus, if that's what you meant.
