New one has different (and slightly better IMO) inside art. Don't think they've released the back art yet though.

This is a nice steelbook but I still have a slight preference for the steelbook with the shield only.

I honestly prefer Steelbook or blu ray covers with designs like this. A little says a lot. Do we need to see a cover with a full body shot of Superman? No, just the symbol alone tells you who it is.
