Looks good, I'm all for it. Blade Runner vibes is a good thing.

Looks like the new Cyberpunk 2077 patch fixed a few bugs.

This movie was.. ok. For the most part I thought it was fine. It wasn't anything amazing though. I did like the story and I thought the actors were a great choice but what lets this movie down for me is a variety of things.
First is the soundtrack, completely dull and forgettable, nothing to really stick with you. Next is the set designs, it's supposed to have a futuristic feel but for the most part it just feels like a regular city with people trying to dress as if they live in the future. Doesn't help that most interiors seem very non-futuristic, and doesn't help that the vehicles in the film aren't very futuristic at all either. Next was the pacing and editing, in parts the pacing felt fine but most of the time it dragged. I felt the editing and camerawork could've been so much better as well. The script had quite a few twists but the editing, pacing and camerawork really let the story elements down. Overall, ok but nothing worth raving about. I'd give it a 2/5. |

Disturbing The Peace is no longer Guy Pearce's worst film. Pearce was the last minute replacement for Travis Fimmel (due to "scheduling problems" - yeah, right. More likely, he'd finally read the script. His brief appearance has the air of a man who's just successfully played pass the parcel with a box of poo). Like Blade Runner 2049, made for $20 and written by someone with an IQ of 49. It plays like a torturously slow episode of Black Mirror, the plot is a mess, none of the actors seems to have the faintest idea what's going on (I felt embarrassed to see Colin Salmon doing this) and the soundtrack is a weird rumbling and groaning noise. If you avoid one film this year, make sure it's this one.
