Will definitely be getting the 4k release. I remember reading about these events the film is based on, a while back and just floored by what these brave souls do!

Just got back from seeing this. Excellent film, my favorite of the year so far. Sad to see it not doing better at the box office. Will definitely be a day one purchase for me.

Not sure if your a Disc only type person. But Vudu has it in 4k with DV, HDR10 and Atmos for $17.99

Thank you for the info, but yeah I’m going to fight the good fight with as many discs in my possession as I possibly can.

A shame as I would really like to see this film and Geostorm get 4k releases, as I think they would both benefit from them. Ah well, maybe down the road?

Fabulous film. Sadly, it does not appear there will be a 4K version on Blu. Disappointing!

BTW, perhaps a moderator can edit the subject title to include the fact that the Blu-ray is being released on February 6, 2018.
