How many movies do you have in your collection?

I have about 900 BD's. I'm still adding them to my collection on here.

DVD's? Around 6,000.

HD DVD's? Maybe 12

We blurays I'm at about 200 and DVDs are more anime so depending on how you count that anywhere from 40-200.

I have quite a few blu rays and DVDs also around 800 movies on my 3tb hard drive to.
Lots of stuff recorded on DVD RW to from TV. to much to count.
Got so much to watch.
Though when I watch something I rate it if I can here

Dunno if we need a thread for this, but I have 93 blu rays and a total of roughly 130 overall films on both blu ray and DVD. A very small amount compared to most on here, but I have upgraded almost every single DVD I owned, which was just over 100 to begin with. The only DVD's I own either have no hi def upgrade, or it's hi def upgrade is not sufficient enough to warrant forking out over.

I've been trying to figure this out for a while and just found out I have over 600 blu-rays with the nice collection counter on this site. I thought that was a lot until reading and looking at some of these massive collections here. Like most, that number is in flux as I get rid of some and acquire more regularly

I'd have to go count to be absolutely precise, but it's something like:

200 films on DVD

75 films on BD

20 non-feature DVDs and BDs

So, give or take, around 300.

EDIT: Oh, and 47 seasons of TV on either DVD or BD.

too many to watch in a year, in many formats, over 300 Laserdiscs, over 300 VHS, over 200 DVDs, and over 1400 Blu-ray. Even a few in 8mm.

Around a score Laserdisc

So I have penetrated four figures.

And I don't think I have much need of getting any else. It's nice to collect old formats, but the line has to be drawn somewhere. If I started getting into Beta/CED/U-Matic, it could be liable to be a waste of time and money. Mind you, if I could get my hands on some certain specific CEDs, then I wouldn't object.

Well the Blu-ray count is fairly accurate, but I also have around 3000+ DVDs on top of that. Around a 1000 of those have been upgraded to Blu-ray, but haven't got around to selling or whatever
