Default Aquaman

Just found on Sanity site, they have a Digibook release listed of Aquaman:

https://www.sanity.com.au/products/2...man_-_Digibook

Hopefully this will stay and actually be available as I for one would like to add to the other DC Digibooks I already have, I will probably also grab the 4K as well unless it's included in the digibook.

JB HiFi also have the digibook available now with a pre-order competition to win a signed poster from Jason Momoa. Updated covers as well:

Just read that the 3D version doesn't include the IMAX scenes...shattered! This is on the US version. Thinking it will be the same though. Might grab the Steelbook now I guess

Did you guys suffer the same cuts that the UK version did? They removed footage which showed the "aftermath" of violence, essentially anything which showed too much blood.

Censorship is getting ridiculous now, feels like we’ve living in the conservative 1950s.

The OFLC website only has one listing for the Aquaman DCP, so it doesn’t appear there were any cuts. But I sure hope the UK cuts aren’t carried over to our home video release.....

The same cuts to the cinema release are in all upcoming UK home formats, which means I'll be importing. Hope that better sense prevails in the southern hemisphere.

That could be a problem. Aquaman’s AUS distributor, Roadshow, source discs and encodes from overseas. The 4K discs almost always come from the UK, and the encodes frequency come from the UK. So we might get a cut version...

Hopefully Roadshow sourced it from the US like they did with Sicario 2. Although that was a Sony disc, unfortunately they probably get their Warner UHDs from the UK by default

Oh damn it. I didn't think of that. It was uncut at the cinema, so figured our uhd would be safe

I can confirm that both 4K and Blu-ray remain with uncensored blood detail, the 4K is a European disc.

Yay, I wont have to import to teach roadshow a lesson unlike naughty paramount who have two of their films censored on home video

Roadshow have generally been pretty good with making sure we get the uncut version of films that were cut elsewhere.

Oh no those scenes were visceral. No way so our version has lost these?
