Default Paris stores

I have to spend a bit of time in Paris during October and I was wondering if any locals know the best places/shops for some good blu finds?

Other than some box-sets or perhaps older releases hidden in cubby-holes, that would be otherwise difficult to import, I doubt you'll find much difference from what is offered by a variety of stores online.
I'm also saddened to hear, you "have to" spend time in one of the most beautiful cities on the planet...

fnac tends to do me well for those purchases that I can't get in the UK.

I'm addicted to french cinema right now so I've had to buy films that haven't been released in the UK. It was good fun. Will make this a regular tradition when visiting France.

Potemkine's store at 30 rue Beaurepaire, 10th arr. Haven't been there personally but one of my friend's went there last year and had a great experience.
