Is the UK 4k region free movies the exact same 4k movies released in USA?

All 4K discs are region free, but different studios can encode differently. The Blade Runner 2049 disc will look somewhat different depending on the country you bought it from.

Aquaman's 4k disc in some European countries has censored violence as well.
