Blu-ray Samurai

So I've been using Amazon to sell off old SD-DVD versions of movies that I now own on Blu-ray. Among them was my collection of Harry Potter films.
One buyer purchased 2 of them. I distinctly recall packaging these up in 1 box and mailing them last week because I had to find packaging big enough to accommodate them both. Now she's e-mailing me saying she only got 1. How this is possible, I have no idea. She claims the packaging was "undisturbed". She isn't irate or anything (yet), but I have a feeling where this is going. Has anyone else had a similar experience with Amazon reselling? Any advice? It seems to be more trouble than it's worth, given the very narrow profit margins (about $1.50 per movie). |
