Default Titan A.E. anyone?

So am I the only one that thinks Titan A.E. deserves a Blu-Ray release?

I always liked it, though I wonder how the animation holds up by today's standards.

This movie brings back memories. I still own the VHS copy of this movie that i bought at Blockbuster (used) for $9.99! Years later i purchased the DVD copy (Special Edition) at Gamestop for $8.99. Remember when they use to sell used DVD's too? I once owned the action figures from this movie that i bought at Suncoast too. That is until my nephews got hold of them and destroyed them all. Titan A.E. is one of the last great big-screen hand-drawn animated movies released in the past 12 years, besides Princess and the Frog/Winnie the Pooh. Great animations/special effects, good story, awesome soundtrack (LIT) and wonderful voice acting as well. I would love to own this Blu-Ray when it is released.

I loved it too. But I question whether it would ever get a blu ray release considering that the movie bombed badly.

Suncoast. Ha! Classic.

I would love to see this on Blu-ray, too.

LOL I was watching this the other day on Netflix, the animation still holds up. I really enjoyed it. It has a great voice cast too.

This should go in the wishlist section

Probably has a better chance than you might think. The same production team produced the animated movie Anastasia (1997) and then followed up with Titan A.E.. Their movie of Anastasia made it to Blu-Ray. I'd say the chances probably look good. Depends on how well their first Blu-Ray venture worked out.

NOPE !!!

For I have been clamoring for this movie ever since I bought my first Blu-ray machine

The standard def version is still in major rotation in my home. The DTS sound track is (in a word) awesome

I'd get it in a heartbeat...I have this on DVD and to be honest I haven't seen it in years..but from what i recall..The DTS soundtrack and the LFE is Strong! I think their are some scenes that produced below 20hz!!
