It desperately needs a remaster, but the movie is convoluted, horribly edited junk.

To me it's one of the best action movies of the 90s.

I love the cynical tone, hard violence and the entire cast's performances.

It's a quintessential rental action movie. One of major action stars of the era in a typecast role.
