'Oklahoma!' (1955) UHD encoding question

So this is more of a hypothetical question since the movie hasn't been announced for release, but on a technical inquiry: can 4K UHD technology better replicate/encode the 30fps look of Oklahoma! ? since the bluray is 2K/1080i ... also I've read that the theatrical DCP that Fox created actually had the entire soundtrack remixed in Dolby Atmos, oh this is so ripe for UHD.
