I love this movie so much. I think if it turned out as good of a remaster scan as Casino we would be very blessed on the 4K UHD disc. Something tells me Kevin Spacey in this movie isn't a good thing at this time!

It's a movie that doesn't quite get the same catalog love since the DVD era. Unfortunately. I think it deserves the full treatment of reference PQ

Might get it in a couple of years for the 25th anniversary, but IIRC distribution has switched hands to Fox (part of the same deal that sent Heat there as well), and obviously now that Fox is Disney, such releases are probably far less likely to happen.

Coz the mouse owns this id say we have no chance of seeing a remaster. The best we will get is the fox disc with WBs issues like Ringing or the Japanese disc

Looks like the JPN BD is the exact same transfer just in a slightly different colour space, like it's incorrectly had BT.709 forced on BT.601 or something (look at the way the reds are much more orangey).
