Exclamation 4K Source Material

Should this field be named differently?

I ran into this issue with entries for Terminator: Dark Fate, and I'm sure it's occurring for other titles as well, since I'm still very slow getting into UHDs and I'm only looking at more of the database entries recently.

Most modern productions will have Native 4K "source material" for the production - as originally shot - but the final delivery / deliverables / DI will be 2K... so the "source material" for the UHD should be chosen as "Upscaled 4K," not "Native 4K."

The clarification needed here is whether the field is talking about the production intakes, or the master that was used to make the UHD... and since this forum and database is about the discs, we should be talking about what ended up on the disc.
