Road Warrior 4k, question

I’m about to buy the German High Octane edition, but only for Road Warrior + bonus disc.
Mad Max 1 and 3 aren’t really my favorite and I already own Fury Road, bought it twice actually. The B&W is a nice bonus as well, but I can do without.

It’s a steep price just for the need of one movie.
Do you guys think George Miller would get these movies done in 4k?
I’d love a fully loaded Road Warrior in 4k with Atmos.

MAD MAX 2 is my favourite of the films - the original is a very close second.

I would also appreciate a 4K release (fully loaded, Special Edition treatment).

The Blu-ray has a (inappropriate for the Australian outback) cool temperature.

George won't be going anywhere near WB or the franchise for a while sadly.

I never got around buying it and now it goes for a lot of money.

I think there's a chance it will get a 40th anniversary next year or the year after of some sorts. Preferably with a 4k scan
