I wanted this one too! hopefully it will be available again, I think something similar happened with the Back to the Future boxset, it was available, unavailable and then available again.

The other artwork version (same as USA) is available at Zavvi, HMV (I think) and others.

Yep, I pre-ordered the HMV Steelbook, along with the First Edition 4K with the 64-page book

Does anyone know if the HMV ones are Region-Free too?

I am asking as I am in the UK, but if at any point I want to play the Blu-Rays in my home country (Bulgaria), I want to make sure I can.

Pre-ordered. Thinking about switching to the German one in case this one contains the cut version. But I’ll probably get a US copy as well so it wouldn’t matter.

Bulgaria is in Europe, same as the UK. Same DVD and blu-ray region. Doesn’t need to be region free.

have you pre-ordered this now it's live? I just did, I'll cancel my Zavvi one, I prefer this artwork.

Yeah, this was pre-cut for violence to get a 12 rating for the UK (the BBFC offered uncut at 15) so looks like we're getting the cut theatrical print on BR here.

Yep, pre-ordered the HMV Steelbook (which has the same cover as the US Best Buy version), as well as the 4K First Edition

If you order the steelbook from WB’s store, you get a free poster. Such a cool deal.

Yup. It’s strange to me that they would release the cut version on Blu-ray. Why not just go for a 15 rating for home video?

This film was originally seen for advice. The company was advised it was likely to be classified 15 uncut but that their preferred 12A classification could be obtained by making small changes to one scene to remove shots of a man kicking a woman. When the film was submitted for formal classification, the shots in question had been removed and the film was classified 12A.
I'm normally quite picky about these things myself and normally would go for a Region A. But sounds like the change is so small I probably would never have known.

We got the uncut version in cinemas here and no matter how small the cuts were... the scene was an important scene
[Show spoiler] between two main characters not just random characters in the background or something

Thanks. I'll bare that in mind. I'll give it a few days to see if we get any confirmation either way. Keeping my finger hovering on the cancel order button.

In order to keep the uncut version, it had to be 15 rated. Both 4K and Blu-ray only get English SDH subtitles. So the discs are specific made for the UK region.

Maybe that scene was shot with IMAX cameras and you don't get the IMAX footage. You still like your cut version.

Does anyone know if the 4K First Edition (HMV) is going to include standard disc packaging (plastic case) or booklet-type one?

Really hope it's the former, as in book-type disc casing, the discs can get scratched easily.

What's cut was a pretty horrid moment that adds nothing to plot or character that's not already in the movie. I'm actually happy to get a version that omits it.

How long does it take for a site listing to be added? I put the non-exclusive steelbook listing through the channels as soon as it was announced but it is still not up on the site and we still only have the Amazon exclusive one in searches? Does it need to have it's own forum post first or something?
