If this is on DIsney+ then Disney and Sony have clearly come to some arrangement, considering that the MCU Spider-Man movies still aren't on the platform. This series just seems MCU overkill to me. Disney are getting as bad with the MCU as they are with Star Wars, just churning out too many things to keep constantly watching

I've not seen this series, but assuming that it is in the MCU, did Dr Strange and Daredevil appear in it?
If so, how does that fit in with continuity? Parker has clearly never met Strange before his encounter with him in the movies, and Daredevil would have just been starting out at that point, without his costume.

Unfortunately confirmed to not be MCU universe. Instead of Tony mentoring Peter, it's Osborne. There's a still that mirrors the shot from Civil War in the apartment.

I see that as a good thing. So it's free of any shackles. It's going to be hard to top Spectacular Spider-Man, though.

I’m hoping this new show will bring me back to animated Spidey tho. Didnt really care for his Disney channel show.

At this point, I have to wonder if Feige just dislikes Spidey and just wants him in the MCU for moolah. He's verging on Arad-levels of incompetence here.
