Default Which do you like better: MCU or Fast & Furious franchise?

Which studio has the better interconnected cinematic universe? Marvel or Universal?

Damn, this is a tricky one, both feel like they're about equal to me. There are some stinkers and some pretty good movies in both, and both have two installments each I'd say enter "very good" territory (Winter Soldier and Guardians in the MCU, Fast Five and Furious 6 in the F&F series). I'm stumped.

I should have added "It's a tie" to the poll.

F&F franchise. For me, it's the lesser of two evils. So, so sick of this PG13 super heroes garbage....and F&F is no better, really. Vin Diesel's character might as well be a super hero with all the shit he does in these movies.

F&F is fun, but outside of the action, it's pretty terrible. Weak plots, bad dialogue.

MCU is fun, with often great dialogue and usually a good plot.

MCU wins by a lot.

How about a "neither" option?

Yes, you should have. But you didn't. I hope you're ashamed of yourself.

Wow, I have seen people elsewhere say they like Fast and Furious more than the MCU so I figured at least a few people here would legitimately feel the same way but nope.

I like both but had to go with the F&F over MCU.

I voted for the MARVEL Universe if for no other reason than I never saw any of the "Fast and Furious" series and have no intention to do so

I should admit, I've never seen the FF movies, but also had no interest in them either. I may see FF7. Yes, I would chalk that up to the death bump

F&F for me.

Both have their weaker instalments but the F&F ones are still pretty good. Iron Man 2 and Iron Man 3 are just gash.

I like cars, particularly muscle cars and souped up imports, so I gave this round to the Fast & Furious series. I'm still mildly embarrassed about being one of those guys with light kits under their car though.

MCU. But to be fair, I've never watched any of the F&F movies.

I'm sorry but you can't compare the two by their universes. F&F focuses more on family and racing while MCU is about superheroes saving the world. The only racing I saw in MCU is the racing sequence in Iron Man 2.

Fast & Furious for me. I love the first bunch of films from it. The MCU hasn't really portrayed any of my favorite Marvel characters yet, except for Spider-Man which they completely butchered. So F&F for me.

MCU at least has set goals in mind. F&F is making it up on the fly, still entertaining, but MCU has better structure.
