X-Men

Always loved the characters and universe from the comics. And while Avengers may have been better overall cinematically, I argue that Logan beats the pants out of any MCU film for its sheer grittiness and storytelling. Days of Future Past is up there too, IMO.

MCU also doesn't have garbage like X-Men 3 and X-Men Origins, though their latest (Phase 5) output has been meh at best.

I don't disagree, I should have said "Avengers and MCU may have been better overall cinematically...", cause there's no way I'd rate the X-Men films as a whole over them.

Even the worst X-Men film (Dark Phoenix) is leagues better than rubbish like Doctor Strange 2 and Thor 4 IMO.
