Season 1 is now airing in Canada on CBC, previously airing in the US on EPIX, in European countries on Fox, and debuting on MyCanal in France.

I've just started watching the series and I'm finding it disquieting, cinematic, realistic, and a wonderfully different take on alien invasion. I'm really enjoying the slow pace that I guess many aren't happy with.

This French release is the only Blu-ray release so far, I might have to import it!

The show completed filming it's second season a week ago.

From glancing online I see a comment about 40% of the series being in French, so I guess a version with English subtitles would be necessary for those who aren't fluent in French?

Canal rarely provides English subtitles on their French TV series, with the major exception apparently being Le Bureau des légendes, and even then, apparently not on the first season!

Yeah, I was hoping that starting a thread for it might attract some folks who have picked up the Blu-ray and could provide more specs on the release, as the database entry is lacking.

On CBC's Gem streaming service in Canada, there are subs (hard-coded, as they appear in the video thumbnails) for the French language portions.

As the show was produced in England/France, I'd also assume the native framerate is 25fps and that North American regions will be a conversion. As I always prefer native rather than converted releases, a UK release would be ideal if it included English subs.
