John Woo's "Windtalkers" (2003) Blu-ray directors cut

I am looking for the director's cut of John Woo's "Windtalkers" on Blu-ray. I am located in Germany and over here, we only have the theatrical cut on Blu-ray and the director's cut on DVD. Is there some Blu-ray edition of the director's cut that is region code b? Can someone, who owns the ultimate edition on Blu-ray check, if the disc is also playable on region free or region code b players?

If not, is there a way to get the director's cut on Blu-ray on demand and get it shipped to Europe?
